We have so much to share about Gary Szymanski and Nash Everett. He came highly recommended from our daughter who had done extensive research for herself and he exceeded our expectations! Gary responds very quickly, by phone, email or text, … More not only initially but throughout the process and beyond. In preparing to sell our mom's home we discovered an extensive mold problem in the basement. My daughter reached out to Gary and he responded the same day on a Saturday. We met with him at the house on Tuesday at 8 am where he inspected the entire house and formulated a plan based on his assessment and our needs and goals. Gary is very personable and professional and informative as he explains his recommendations, and we immediately had confidence that Gary was honest and knowledgeable and would do an excellent job. He gave us a very thorough, reasonable plan and estimate and did not disappoint! He even met with our realtor and we all collaborated together. In fact, our realtor was very impressed with him as well and plans on referring clients to Gary. He will take care of every detail from beginning to end which was so helpful. During this time my husband was having surgery and we had many challenges with the house including resolving the water issue that had caused the problem. We needed someone to evaluate the source of the problem. We also needed some painting in the house and duct cleaning. Not only did Gary have excellent recommendations , he also called the contractors for us and services were scheduled promptly. It gave us peace of mind to know Gary cared and was on top of all of this during my husbands recovery. Most of all working with Gary is like working with a friend who takes personal interest. He gave us very helpful advice on many issues and even helped with issues that were not mold related. He continues to be very helpful and still responds very promptly. We felt very supported and confident throughout this process. The job Gary and his team did in remediating this mold issue was of the highest quality! We are very pleased with the finished product and can now list the house with confidence in knowing that buyers can also have the confidence that this was taken care of to the highest standard. I wish I had called Nash Everett first! Gary came in to clean up the mold left behind and made sure that our house was safe to live in. He understood my specific health concerns, has always welcomed my questions and educated us on not just the basement issue but whole house air quality. During the inspection of a house I was selling, a mold problem was identified. I had a short time frame to remedy the situation as there was a quick turnaround on the sale. Gary promptly responded to my call, reviewed the situation and gave me an honest and reasonable estimate. He completed the work timely and efficiently. WITHIN ONE HOUR, Gary Szymanski diagnosed and resolved a severe air quality problem in our home where others had not been able to for years!Upon meeting Gary Szymanski at a business networking meeting, I immediately had confidence that he would be able to solve our problem. The quality of the air in my home has always been at the forefront because my son has severe allergies and asthma. For several years, we have had a mysterious strong chemical odor emanating from my son's bedroom. Through intense troubleshooting, the use of a portable air cleaner, and speaking with several contractors, we could not solve the problem. We ultimately moved our son to another room and basically shut the room down. Gary is the Sherlock Holmes of air quality. I watched as he methodically evaluated my home, asked a myriad of questions, and used state of the art technology to assess the situation. Ironically, Gary discovered that a full system air cleaner housed in the attic above my son's room was the cause of the chemical odor. With much gratitude and enthusiasm, I recommend Gary Szymanski for all preventive and remediation air quality issues including Air Quality Programs, Mold Removal, Moisture Management, Microbial Testing and Duct Cleaning. Thank you.
