  I had an exceptional experience. The service provided was extremely reliable and honest, with great customer service. The staff was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Gary as he is the best.   Nash Everett did a great job with my remediation. Very responsive when communicating. Daily updates on work completed with photos provided. Work area was super clean. Staff was very efficient and professional. After the IEP was completed, they came back out promptly to complete further recommendations based on assessment and lab findings. They followed the IEPs protocol as outlined and communicated directly with him for any questions. This is not a company that fear mongers or makes you feel as tho you need to demolition your whole house. Expectations are very realistic and practical.    I consulted with about 7 remediation companies prior to deciding on Nash Everett due to the large scope of work.  I decided to do it in 2 phases.  Phase 1 is complete at the time of this review. Although their cost was highest, the owner Gary was very knowledgeable, personable and answered all my questions. I felt very confident I chose the right company with integrity and honesty  for the job. When it comes to your health and the health of your family mold is nothing to be messing around with. You need it done right the first time! Jessica the office manager is always very attentive and couldn’t be more helpful.  GABE what can I say? Took the time to explain things, educate me and even helped the Home Depot delivery man! The staff are all very kind genuine people. They were never in a rush and always took the time to explain things. As an added bonus Steph fed my sons fish for us while we were unable to live in the house so she spared me from a trio goldfish funeral upon our return and even took my garbage cans in!   I’ve had a lot to deal with when it comes to mold.  I nearly lost my life a few months ago from living unknowingly in mold for 4 years, my health had gone to such crap, I was planning my own funeral.  No doctors could help me, no one could figure out what was wrong with me.  Until… it was suggested to test my environment for mold.   Sure enough, place was loaded.  I left my apartment to recover as I have a slew of health issues now and returned home to my childhood home. Things were going great… until we had a leak a few weeks ago.  That sent me down such a traumatic episode, I felt like I was about to lose everything again.  I was recommended Nash Everett by many people because they said not only do they do the job right, they are amazing, easy to work with and you can finally be at ease knowing you’re problems are handled in the correct way when you’re dealing with Nash Everett. Infact, I spoke to some that actually had another remediation company do the job, and they did it wrong and then they had to hire Nash to do the job RIGHT.  I didn’t want any funny business so I went straight to Nash.  And I watched them as they did everything and they left NO STONE unturned. Having peace of mind is one of the most important things when it comes to your home, especially when you have mold illness like I do.   Gary and his team are all amazing.  Shout out to Gabe as well.   This Mitigation crew is the most efficient and sufficient and proactive crew that I’ve ever met. They are totally knowledgeable and I wouldn’t trust my home for Remediation to any other company. Remember you only get what you pay for!!! Hiring anybody else with some qualifications will end up, hurting you in the long run. Believe me, I know. The staff rate from the receptionist up to the owner are fantastic. They care about the person which in return then they care about the job. It’s mostly like having a relative in the business.   I  highly recommend Gary for any potential mold concerns. In the process of purchasing a home, an inspector identified a possible issue. Gary listened to my concerns and understood timing was of the essence. He made the accommodations to visit the site within a few days. Upon his inspection, a determination was made that testing was not required.  He was on time, honest and didn’t perform any unnecessary work. Instead he provided insights in to what may have happened and recommendations to repair.   The Nash Everett crew were great to work with.   Cleaning and organization of our houses crawl space that we recently purchased had been neglected for years, including a contractor performed replacement of the hot water heater and HVAC unit, while not removing the old units and leaving them under the house.  Additional contractor debris that had accumulated over many years was strewn over the entire crawl space area on a bed of sandy soil whose smell and particulate were constantly present through the heating ducts.  Not only did the NE crew remove and get rid of all the debris but their use of high quality vapor barrier materials and care in sealing up all areas of soil access has virtually eliminated the odor and particulate from the ducts.  On top of all this, their cost for the work was very fair.  Would highly recommend them for these types of remediation services to anyone.

  Nash Everett just completed a challenging job at our home. We live on the Barnegat Bay and when the water table rises, our crawl space floods. They added ventilation, replaced all the insulation and encapsulated the entire space. It was a 4 day job and when they left, our garage looked better than when they arrived. They were on time every single day – – and punctuality is a high priority for me. Gary explained everything that would be happening in detail before the work even started. His crew was is top notch…..hard-working and professional – – Israel, Gabriel, Jesus, Stephanie, and Jessica the office manager – – I’m sure I am leaving someone out, but it is not intentional! Jessica, the office manager, ALWAYS answered my emails immediately; communication with this company was top notch compared to other companies I have worked with. Gary and his team (Israel, Gabe, Stephanie, Jesus, and I'm sure I'm leaving someone out, so I apologize!!), were very professional, hard-working, and very careful with moving our personal items in order to do the mold remediation. All the work was clearly itemized in the quote so we knew exactly what work was being done and what we were being charged for --- so no surprises.   Where to start? Maybe cut & paste my repeated emails of praise to first Nurse Gina & Co who led me to NASH. Props with praise to my Nurse Practitioner who told me about Nurse Gina. I literally cannot stop the gratitude from my core (and brain, lungs, heart and just my systemic self) for the outstanding job across all categories NASH Everette did on the remediation of of my home and it's not done yet (just have to space, since a sick home and a sick person combo is a also a sick wallet, but when you need your life back and it wasn't just a rash and a headache but literally a lethal condition that in part led to disability and debilitation you do it. Fro the moment of met this company, there as patience, compassion, understanding, the art and science of their work, the professionalism with time, timing, impeccable communication, EVERY member of the crew/team, from Jessica, to Gary, to  Jesus, Jose, Israel, (just need a Mary to join and you have a holy family heehee), Jerald, and Marco.... A+ and 110%. How can go with any one else after his?! With things like this, stress is part of the bag, plus being seriously ill such as vital organ involvement, changes your life and it's easy to get overwhelmed in every way, especially when support is limited. Every step, and every person, were very helpful in every part of the process. I have already shared both Nurse Gina and NASH to every one I meet, post electronically and spread the word. Just so grateful. The cleaning, clean up, the time and conversations, suggestions and recommendations, assistance where most would not provide, genuine understanding, the 'over and beyond, especially in these times? I will never forget this chapter that has already enabled me a step up in my healing and hope for health and life again. My promotion will never stop, nor will my gratitude. Thank you all for serving us in this, for real, pubic health crisis that so few realize are connected to their health problems. You are all doing amazing and necessary work, and it starts of course with the right, accurate and precise assessment and inspection. Stellar. The timing of my mold illness literally lethality came of course (Murphy's laws) during the plan ....demic and I was a nurse working in it, so hospitals, doctors, insurance, etc just wanted to call everything cvd. Because my home wasn't the only place where what I came to learn as not just mold but mycotoxins ---> mycotoxicosis, I wasn't just "exposed" to mold, but "sleeping with the enemy."  The problem is, when you're not believed and your actual demise, came during a world wide chaotic period of insanity where nothing else could be. Ergo, it took literal years to prove my environments' labs, matched my personal labs and I was going to die again in my house. I was getting worse and worse, alone in all of this, and the hospitals refused to chuck for fungi, but just kept swaying for cv, ushering in colonized sinus (came to learn later) mycotoxins further in and back and I seriously started regretting survival at that point. Due to lack of hospital care, I was sent home to 'recover' in a house that I now years later, learned was ..killing me, HVAC to crawlspace. Between my holistic NP Elaine Hardy, Nurse Gina and this company, I was finally on a road to actual recovery vs dying a death of a thousand cuts which had very little to do with cvd and largely, mold-vd. What a mess in every way. The photos spoke a million words and they, paralleled with the labs of my house and health? Puzzle complete. I'm in tears from the plethora of emotions this invited, exist and will always remain. When you find people you can trust in our modern world, you just can't go with any one else. You will NOT be disappointed, and WILL be only happy with, relieved, and grateful you went with NASH for your remediation. You cannot put a bandaid on toxic mold. The real danger is not what you see, but what you don't. I feel like moving my bed to the garage or crawlspace now because the air quality is unequivocally heathy. Forgot what that felt like!   I have severe environmental sensitivities, including CIRS and MCAS, and have spent years searching for someone who truly understands what that means and how to address it—and doesn’t just talk a good game. Gary is that person. Out of the many inspectors and remediators I’ve worked with over the last decade, only two had ever earned my full trust—and neither are still doing fieldwork. I never thought I’d find someone at their level again until I met Gary. He was not only thorough, detail-oriented, and exceptionally knowledgeable, but also compassionate, easy to talk to, and genuinely understanding of my concerns—many of which are often dismissed or overlooked by others in the field. He brought things to my attention that I hadn’t considered and took the time to explain everything clearly.   I can't say enough about how helpful Nash Everett has been throughout our mold remediation process. They were respectful of my home, minimizing the restoration work that needed to be done post-remediation. They uncovered the source in my bedroom, caused by a replacement window not being properly sealed, that had resulted in rotted wood and extensive black mold growth. They also cleaned our entire basement of white mold, including around all of the exposed substructure in the ceiling. This was a massive job, topped with the sorting of twenty-five years worth of stuff - some was salvageable, cleaned, and packed into plastic tubs, some was tossed right into the dumpster. This would have been a monumental job for me to tackle alone. The entire team understands the danger of living in a toxic environment and was compassionate about what we had been experiencing.

  You’ll never regret contacting Gary and his crew! I had so many companies come by to give us estimates regarding our pretty severe mold issues in our crawlspace. Everyone had the same strategy. We will spray the mold, create a barrier and you’re good to go. Then came Gary to check the space out. Here’s a back story….We some construction in our home. We were exposed to the crawlspace during a 2 week span. Within 2-3 months of that I became severely sick. I mean like not able to leave my house, stop working sick. I eventually got tested for mold toxicity by an amazing doctor who finally listened to all my symptoms. We are talking about 2 years into this now. I scheduled an appointment with Gary for an estimate. Here I’m thinking he won’t be any different than the rest. Well I was wrong!! I showed every company my medical test results and they had no idea what they meant. They were literally just train to spray, wipe, dry and move on. Gary read my results and wasn’t shocked. He knew all the molds I tested positive for, he knew what they caused, where he’d find them and so on. He had a game plan as to how to make sure this never happened again. He wasn’t just spraying, he was literally removing the mold from every inch of my crawlspace. They sanded down wood, the cleaned, they painted, they encapsulated, they added ventilation, sump pumps, dehumidifiers. All the things that really needed to be done in order for this mold not to return. I was able to get all better and just focused on my health. Gary and his crew didn’t just come and remediate my house. They had this sense on compassion that no other company had. They cared that I was sick, that my entire family was exposed, that I had a baby living here. When I heard Gary explain what he saw down there, his game plan and how he truly understood this very serious situation. I knew his company was the way to go. I’m happy to say that since he did the work we’ve had zero issues. I’ve had more construction done and anyone that’s been down there can’t believe how amazing it looks. I’ve currently sold my house and during inspection our crawlspace was complimented. Zero mold was found!! While I’ve been on my next house hunting journey, Gary has been a huge part of that. I trust him and his knowledge. He will be part of every home inspection I do because he cares about your well being. So if you’re debating on contacting someone to do any remediation for you. Don’t hesitate to call him and his crew. You will not regret it and will be forever grateful that you crossed paths with such amazing hard working people . He reassured me   that everything would be okay, and in the end his work exceeded my expectations . Gary  and his team showed up promptly and always kept an open line of communication . He spent  several hours in my home making sure nothing was missed . On  demo day , like most,  I was concerned about the mess that may be left behind . Not only was there no mess, but they went  above and beyond to isolate each and every area . Upon completion of the job, they  left my home broom swept and even mopped the floor .  My family and I are now at ease knowing that we hired the absolute best to remediate this issue .His clerical staff , specifically Jessica, was a pleasure to deal with as well . Remediations are most successful with the homeowners' participation in keeping the home clean and dry post remediation. Gary helps educate his clients with simple tips about how to do that.   Our inspector from Nash Everett came and explained everything he was going to do, what was outside the scope of the investigation, and showed me the tools he was going to use. It took a couple hours to complete, but he covered his findings with my Realtor and I at the end. Next day, we had a full detailed report revealing things I would have never thought of!!   My first experience w/Gary was when we needed a mold evaluation/inspection before purchasing our new home. He was prompt, professional and put our minds at ease assuring us that there was no mold in the attic. 2 years later I contacted Gary again and he promptly set up an appointment to check possible mold in our bathroom. He sent Gerald out to inspect and to our relief no mold but Gerard offered his professional advice on how to clean mildew and bathroom sink odor. There was no service charge for either visit.   We have so much to share about Gary Szymanski and Nash Everett. He came highly recommended from our daughter who had done extensive research for herself and he exceeded our expectations! Gary responds very quickly, by phone, email or text, not only initially but throughout the process and beyond. In preparing to sell our mom's home we discovered an extensive mold problem in the basement. My daughter reached out to Gary and he responded the same day on a Saturday. We met with him at the house on Tuesday at 8 am where he inspected the entire house and formulated a plan based on his assessment and our needs and goals. Gary is very personable and professional and informative as he explains his recommendations, and we immediately had confidence that Gary was  honest and knowledgeable and would do an excellent job. He gave us a very thorough, reasonable plan and estimate and did not disappoint! He even met with our realtor and we all collaborated together. In fact, our realtor was very impressed with him as well and plans on referring clients to Gary. He will take care of every detail from beginning to end which was so helpful. During this time my husband was having surgery and we had many challenges with the house including resolving the water issue that had caused the problem. We needed someone to evaluate the source of the problem. We also needed some painting in the house and duct cleaning. Not only did Gary have excellent recommendations , he also called the contractors for us and services were scheduled promptly. It gave us peace of mind to know Gary cared and was on top of all of this during my husbands recovery. Most of all working with Gary is like working with a friend who takes personal interest. He gave us very helpful advice on many issues and even helped with issues that were not mold related. He continues to be very helpful and still responds very promptly. We felt very supported and confident throughout this process. The job Gary and his team did in remediating this mold issue was of the highest quality! We are very pleased with the finished product and can now list the house with confidence in knowing that buyers can also have the confidence that this was taken care of to the highest standard.   Gary was referred to us, and came out to evaluate mold that came up on an inspection of a house we were looking to purchase.  He did not charge us for his evaluation. Gary did not test the mold because he did not deem it necessary and didn't think it was worth our expense.  We were very impressed by his professionalism.  We did not purchase that house.   I will never be able to thank the team at Nash Everett enough!!!!! My family and I lost 99% of our belongings due to a very serious toxic mold issue in our home.  The remaining 1%, which fit into a 5x10 storage unit with room to spare, was all we had left of our cherished belongings.  Regrettably I had hired another company to remediate what was left.  Upon realizing the job that other company had done was not done properly, I reached out to Nash Everett per recommendation from a friend.  After what we experienced I couldn't fathom worrying about contaminated items being brought into our new home!!! I was treated with kindness, understanding and compassion by Gary and his team and I was educated on the molds found in our home and their affects on what we hoped to salvage.  Gary and his guys were all so kind, professional and informative and they really put my mind at ease!  They picked up our items from our storage unit, brought them to a separate location to thoroughly inspect and clean them and then loaded my truck when I came to pick everything  up!  The bins were clearly marked with the bubble wrapped items inside, which made it so easy for us and kept everything safe for transport!!!  Bottom line, they made a horrific situation bearable! He’s also got a “unique” approach over some other mold remediation companies in that he actually removes the mold if possible instead of just treating and painting over.   I recently had a home inspection as I was selling my house. Home inspector stated my upstairs bathroom and laundry room were detrimental and needed remediation ASAP. I called Nash Everett on a holiday weekend, expecting to leave a voice mail to set up an appointment. To my surprise, Gary answered the phone and took 15-20 minutes to talk and listen to me explain. Long story short, Gary came out immediately, conducted testing, and determined the home inspector had no clue what he was doing and used the wrong meter to “test” my bathroom and laundry room. Gary saved me the sale of my house, as well as peace of mind knowing my family was in no danger. If you have a mild issue, or need any services offered, look no further then Nash Everett!!!!   Gary and his team are fantastic!  Gary is extremely knowledgeable and can often diagnose an issue over the phone showing his experience in this field.  We had some extra moisture from the A/C on our ceiling vent that was generating mold.  He was able to identify not only the mold issue but the HVAC issue as well.  Gary was able to fix both issues quickly so that this would not be a reoccurring issue.  He is easy to talk to and confident in his assessments. Gary has ALL the qualities you would want in a business owner:  knowledgeable, responsive, provides a quality product and most of all, honest.   He clearly explains his observations and recommends only what is needed.  He does not oversell or act as an alarmist.   I heard about Gary through a local Facebook page. I called and left a message, and he promptly called me back. My mom had an emergency situation of sorts, and he was very prompt on speaking to me and giving me some ideas about what could be going on. He showed up within 2 days, on time, and could not have been more personable and helpful.   Gary was very professional, extremely caring and meticulous!  He was a true pleasure to work with!  Of all the remediators we called in to assess our situation, he was the only one who said I have to find the source of the moisture so this doesn't happen to you again.  Once he found the source he helped direct us to a company that could resolve that problem quickly.  Our job also required removal of our HVAC system and hot water heater before Gary could begin his work.  He coordinated directly with our HVAC company to minimize our time without our systems up and running.  I highly recommend Gary and his team to anyone that needs mold remediated!

  WITHIN ONE HOUR, Gary Szymanski diagnosed and resolved a severe air quality problem in our home where others had not been able to for years! Upon meeting Gary Szymanski at a business networking meeting, I immediately had confidence that he would be able to solve our problem. The quality of the air in my home has always been at the forefront because my son has severe allergies and asthma. For several years, we have had a mysterious strong chemical odor emanating from my son's bedroom.  Through intense troubleshooting, the use of a portable air cleaner, and speaking with several contractors, we could not solve the problem.  We ultimately moved our son to another room and basically shut the room down. Gary is the Sherlock Holmes of air quality.  I watched as he methodically evaluated my home, asked a myriad of questions, and used state of the art technology to assess the situation. Ironically, Gary discovered that a full system air cleaner housed in the attic above my son's room was the cause of the chemical odor.  recommends I reached out to Gary initially because of his good reviews online.  During the initial free estimate, he spent over an hour at my house investigating the problem.  Any question I had was promptly answered.  He worked with me to modify the scope of work several times and I ultimately hired Gary to demo my basement (finished from the 70's), perform mold remediation throughout, and spray foam the basement sill.  Total job was 5 days.  He kept the working area clean, addressed any concern that came up, and left my house clean when the job was finished.  I would hire Gary again without question and recommend him to anyone.  I was not compensated in any way to leave this review and did not know Gary before reaching out to Nash Everette.   I called Gary after two mold inspectors had visited my house and left me more confused and with substantially less money in my bank account. Gary gave me sound, rational advice, and in the end he recommended that I not pursue remediation any further. He could have easily steered me toward pursuing more work and expense by employing him.
