Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team. As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing mold inspections and remediation from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
– Estimating/ Inspections
– Coordinate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
– Conduct site visits to oversee remediation projects and crews
– Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
– Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
– Provide guidance and support to project team members
– Follow all operational procedures
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role
– Strong customer relationship building and selling skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Bi-lingual preferred
