Our healthy home evaluation includes an exterior and interior room by room investigation and written report  which identifies existing and potential environmental concerns and provides  corrective measures for customers who fall into the following categories: $595

• You are buying a home and have concerns about air quality
• You are buying a home and a home inspector found suspect mold
• You are experiencing musty moldy odors in the home.
• You have water intrusion and/or elevated humidity in the home.
• You own a home and are looking for a more detailed picture of your environment.

*Mold/Air testing services are an  additional cost. Please call for cost.
*Customers within 25 mile radius of our home office. Travel charges will incur otherwise.
*A written detailed proposal will be provided
* Home size up to 3000 sq ft. An additional $100 above and per 1000 sq ft will incur.
